CINCIN’s mixologists use a variety of classic labels to meticulously curate gin cocktails with florals, shrubs or unique ice cubes to match the distinctive fruit or spice elements in each gin.
Head Bartender, Fadly Sujebto, helms the bar with a team of 4 members. Shaking up the bartending industry with 14 years of experience, Fadly has conceptualised all gin cocktails at CINCIN, skillfully showing his expertise to guests through bespoke cocktails.

GIN TREASURY
Indulge in CINCIN’s latest Gin Treasury experience and experiment with up to 50 different labels of Gin and a curated range of Tonics. Categorized according to countries spanning from Europe to Asia and according to the types of Gin- Aged, London Dry, Modern and Others, Gin lovers would be spoilt for choice as they choose from the wide selection of Gins available.
For non-Gin drinkers, House Wines and Carlsberg will also be available. The three hours’ Gin Buffet count down starts from the time you order and the last seating will be at 8.30pm.
